This contract was for the design and build of the new 63,000 sq ft storage and office facility for Big Yellow Self Storage in Camberwell, South East London.
The scheme included the construction of a piled basement plus a further four floors of office and storage space. The steel frame building has predominantly brickwork facades with some areas of cladding and curtain walling. There are four staircase enclosures, two goods lifts and two passenger lift shafts.
Glencar also completed external works including hard and soft landscaping.
