This scheme comprised the external and internal refurbishment of the existing unit at DC1 Prologis Park Marston Gate, Milton Keynes.

Glencar carried out works to make good and clean the external envelope (providing new where applicable) and roof, also installing new dock leveller doors, level access doors and decoration to the existing steel frame. Internally, refurbishment of the warehouse slab was carried out, as well as a strip out of the existing office before providing new internal office accommodation and making good the external service yards.
