Glencar undertook the fit out of a 525,000 sq ft warehouse occupied by Kellogg Company. Works were carried out while the facility was live and included the installation of racking, duct work, sprinklers and lighting to the main distribution facility as well as the creation of office space.
The 91-acre site, developed by Bericote Properties Ltd with funding from US investor Hillwood, is the company’s biggest distribution facility in the UK.
